Good morning! My name is Noah and today I will taking over the SAI Instagram to show you what my day is like in Florence! This is the view from my front door. Every morning there are always trucks in the squares getting the stores and restaurants ready. That doesn’t stop the tourists though from checking out one of the many “bare” Florencian statues.#adayinthelife

#breads of #italy: The After. Piadina – flat bread, cooked on the stove, filled with fontina cheese, arugula, lettuce, mustard, and ham.
Tradition of #italian #food: Cauliflower Gratin Before and After. Blanched cauliflower with either anchovies or raisins, hazelnuts, and lime zest topped with mustard bechamel, parmigian cheese, and breadcrumbs.
